Palak Paneer ki Sabji Recipe

Palak Paneer ki Sabji ek prachin North Indian dish hai jo palak ka swaad (taste) paneer ke naram tukde ke saath milata hai. Yeh ek poshtik aur swadisht dish hai jo bahut log pasand karte hain.

Palak Paneer Ki Sabji Kaise Banate Hain?

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup taza palak ke patte, dhoye aur kaat liye gaye
  • 200g paneer, chhote tukdon mein kata hua
  • 1 bada pyaaz, barik kata hua
  • 2 bade tamatar, pis kar bana hua
  • 2-3 hari mirch, kata hua
  • 1 tablespoon adrak-lehsun ka paste
  • 1 teaspoon jeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon lal mirch powder (swaad anusar adjust karein)
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • Tel ya ghee, pakane ke liye

Instructions:

Step 1: Palak ko ubalna

Ek bartan mein pani garam karein. Kata hua palak dalein aur lagbhag 2 minute ke liye ubalein. Palak ko chhan lein aur turant thande pani mein daal dein taaki hara rang bane rahe. Ubali hui palak ko smooth paste bana lein aur alag rakh dein.

Step 2: Paneer ko bhunna

Ek pan mein thoda tel ya ghee garam karein. Kata hua paneer daalein aur use tab tak bhunein jab tak vah sunehra nahi ho jata. Paneer ko pan se nikal lein aur alag rakh dein.

Step 3: Tadka aur Pakana

Wahi pan mein tel daalein agar avashyak ho to aur garam hone dein. Jeere ko daalein aur use chhod dein jab tak vah tadakne lage. Fir, barik kata hua pyaaz daalein aur vah translucent ho jaye.

Step 3.1: Swaad Daalna

Adrak-lehsun ka paste aur kata hua hari mirch daalein. Vahin par kuch minute tak bhunein jab tak kaccha swad na khatm ho jaye.

Step 3.2: Tamatar Ka Paste

Tomato puree, haldi powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak daalein. Masale se tel alag hone tak pakaye.

Step 3.3: Palak Milana

Palak ka paste milayein aur kuch minute tak pakayein. Garam masala daalein aur swad anusar namak adjust karein.

Step 4: Paneer Milana aur Serve Karna

Dheere se bhunne hue paneer ko palak mixture mein milayein. Achhe se milayein, taki paneer rasoi ka swad achhe se so sake. Kuch minute tak dhimi aanch par pakayein.
