Shahi Paneer Ki Sabji Kaise Banate Hain?

Samagri (Ingredients)

  • 250 gram paneer, tukdo mein kaata hua
  • 2 pyaaz, barik kaate
  • 2 tamatar, bareek kaate
  • 1/4 chammach haldi powder
  • 1 chammach lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 chammach garam masala
  • 1/4 chammach hing (asafoetida)
  • 1/4 chammach jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 1/4 chammach elaichi powder
  • 4-5 adad laung (cloves)
  • 1 inch adrak, kaddukas kiya hua
  • 7-8 adad kaju (cashew nuts), bhigokar paste bana liya hua
  • 1 choti patthar ka phool
  • 4-5 adad kali mirch
  • 4-5 tbsp tel (oil)
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • 1/2 cup malai (cream)
  • Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves), kata hua, garnishing ke liye

Pranali (Method)

1. Pyaaz aur Tamatar Ka Paste Banayein

Ek bartan mein pyaaz aur tamatar ka paste bana lein. Iske liye pyaaz aur tamatar ko mixi mein blend karein.

2. Kadai Mein Tel Garam Karein

Ek kadai mein tel garam karein aur usmein jeera, laung, kali mirch, hing aur patthar ka phool daalein. Thodi der tak bhunein.

3. Pyaaz-Tamatar Paste Ko Daalein

Ab kadai mein pyaaz-tamatar ka paste daal kar halki aanch par bhunein. Paste ka rang badal jaane tak bhunein.

4. Masale Daalein

Ab haldi powder, lal mirch powder, elaichi powder aur adrak paste daal kar acchi tarah se bhunein.

5. Cashew Nut Paste Ko Daalein

Kaju ka paste daalein aur milayein. Dhyan rahe ki paste jyada bhun na jaaye.

6. Malai Daalein

Ab malai daalein aur acchi tarah se milayein.

7. Paneer Ko Daalein

Ab paneer ko dalein aur use acchi tarah se masale se cover karein.

8. Garam Masala Aur Hara Dhaniya

Garam masala daal kar milayein aur thodi der tak pakayein. Shahi paneer taiyaar hai!

Parosa (Serving)

Shahi Paneer ko garma-garam roti, naan ya chawal ke saath parosein. Oopar se kata hua hara dhaniya chidak kar mazedar dish ka aanand uthayein.

Tip:

Paneer ko thoda sa garam paani mein bhigo kar rakhein, taki woh naram aur swadisht ho.
