  • 2-3 hari elaichi (green cardamom)
  • 1 badi tej patta (bay leaf)
  • 1/4 chammach garam masala powder
  • 4-5 chammach tel (oil)
  • 2 chammach malai (cream)
  • Hara dhaniya (coriander leaves) - garnishing ke liye

Kadam 1: Pyaaz aur Tamatar Ka Paste Banaye

Ek kadhai mein tel garam karein aur elaichi, tej patta aur pyaaz daalein. Pyaaz halka brown ho jaaye to adrak-lehsun ka paste daalein.

Ab tamatar paste daal kar masale daal kar bhunein. Dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, haldi aur namak daal kar acchi tarah mix karein.

Kadam 2: Kaju Paste Banaaye

Kaju ko bhigoye hue cashew paste bana kar is mixture mein milayein aur acchi tarah se bhunein.

Ab paneer cubes ko dalein aur halka bhunein.

Kadam 4: Malai Milayein aur Pakayein

Malai daal kar acchi tarah mix karein aur 2-3 minute tak pakayein.

Kadam 5: Garam Masala Milayein

Ant mein garam masala powder daalein aur ache se milayein.

Kadam 6: Serve Karein

Sabzi ko ek pyaale mein nikal kar hara dhaniya se garnish karein. Kaju Paneer ki sabji taiyaar hai, ise roti ya chawal ke saath serve karein.

Agar aap chahein toh sabzi mein thoda sa cream daal kar aur bhi swadist bana sakte hain.
