Kadai Paneer Ki Sabji Kaise Banate Hain?

Samagri:

  • Paneer: 250 grams (tukdo mein kaata hua)
  • Shimla Mirch: 1 bada, lamba tukdaat mein kaata hua
  • Pyaz: 2 medium size, kaat kar
  • Tomato: 2 medium size, kaat kar
  • Hari Mirch: 2, kaat kar
  • Adrak-Lahsun Paste: 1 chota chammach
  • Kadi Patta: 8-10 patta
  • Dhaniya Powder: 1 chota chammach
  • Haldi Powder: 1/2 chota chammach
  • Jeera Powder: 1/2 chota chammach
  • Garam Masala: 1/2 chota chammach
  • Kasuri Methi: 1/2 chota chammach
  • Namak: Swaad anusar
  • Oil: 2 bade chammach

Instructions:

Step 1: Paneer ko Taiyaar Karein

Sabse pehle paneer ko garam paani mein bhigo kar 15-20 minutes ke liye rakh dein. Fir use acche se nikaal kar tauliye mein rakh dein aur taul kar tukdo mein kaat lein.

Step 2: Kadai Mein Banaaye Gravy

Ek kadai mein oil garam karein. Fir usme pyaz ko sauté karein jab tak woh halka brown na ho jaaye.

Ab adrak-lahsun paste daalein aur use acche se mix karein.

Tomato ko dalein aur unka sauté karein jab tak woh soft na ho jaaye.

Ab dhaniya powder, haldi powder, jeera powder, aur namak daal kar acche se mix karein. Gravy ko 5-7 minutes tak pakaye, jab tak tel alag na ho jaaye.

Step 3: Sabji Pakayein

Ab shimla mirch aur hari mirch ko kadai mein daal kar 2-3 minutes tak sauté karein.

Isme kadi patta daalein aur acche se mix karein.

Paneer ko dalein aur use gently mix karein. Gravy ko paneer se acche se coat hone tak pakayein.

Step 4: Aakhri Spices aur Kasuri Methi

Garam masala aur kasuri methi ko dalein aur ache se mix karein.

Aakhri mein, kadai paneer ko thoda sa tel se chamkane ke liye 1-2 chammach tel daal dein.

Step 5: Serve Karein

Ab kadai paneer ko hata kar ek plate mein nikalein aur garnish ke liye thoda sa kasuri methi daal dein.

Isse hota hua naan, roti ya chawal ke saath serve karein.
