Chhole Paneer Ki Sabji Kaise Banate Hain?

Samagri:

  • 1 cup chane (rat raat bhigoye aur ubale)
  • 200g paneer (cubes mein kaata hua)
  • 2 bade pyaaz (barik kaate hue)
  • 2 tamatar (peesi hui)
  • 3-4 laung ki kali (bareek kati hui)
  • 1-inch adrak (kati hui)
  • 2-3 hari mirch (cheera hua)
  • 1 chammach jeera
  • 1 chammach dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 chammach haldi powder
  • 1/2 chammach lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 chammach garam masala
  • Namak swaad anusaar
  • Taja dhaniya patta (kata hua, garnishing ke liye)
  • Tel ya ghee, pakane ke liye

Instructions:

  1. Base Tayyar Karein: Ek kadhai mein tel ya ghee garam karein. Jeera daalein aur unhein chhan lein. Minced lehsun, kata hua adrak aur cheere huye hari mirch daalein. Aroma aane tak bhunein.
  2. Pyaaz Aur Tamatar Bhunein: Barik kaate hue pyaaz daalein aur unhein sunahra hone tak bhunein. Tamatar ka puree daal kar tab tak pakayein jab tak tel masale se alag na ho jaye.
  3. Masale Daalein: Dhaniya powder, haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak daalein. Acche se milayein aur kuch minute tak bhunein taki masale achi tarah ghul jaayein.
  4. Paneer Aur Chane Daalein: Dhyan se paneer ke cubes aur uble chane ko masale ke saath milayein. Dhyan se milayein taki masale ache se chipak jaayein. Kuch minute medium aanch par pakayein.
  5. Pakne Dein: Chhole Paneer Ki Sabji ko desired gravy consistency ke liye thoda paani daalein. Kadhai ko dhak kar 10-15 minute tak dhimi aanch par pakayein, jisse masalon ka swaad mil jaaye.
  6. Final Touch: Garam masala aur kata hua taja dhaniya patta Chhole Paneer Ki Sabji par sprinkle karein. Dhyan se milayein.
