Paneer Ki Sabji Kaise Banate Hain?

Agar aap Bharatiya bhojan ke prashansak hain, to aapko bina sanshay ke pasand aayega cream se bhari hui aur swadist Paneer Ki Sabji. Yah vyanjan shakahariyon ke liye ek lokpriya vikalp hai aur ise chawal ya alag alag prakar ke Bharatiya roti jaise ki roti ya naan ke saath aanandit kiya ja sakta hai.

Paneer Ki Sabji Kaise Banate Hain?

Samagri:

  • 250g paneer (cottage cheese), kata hua
  • 2 madhyam aakar ke pyaaz, barik kata hua
  • 2 madhyam aakar ke tamatar, pissi hui
  • 1/2 cup dahi
  • 1/2 cup taja malai
  • 1/2 chammach adrak paste
  • 1/2 chammach lehsun paste
  • 1/2 chammach jeera
  • 1/2 chammach haldi powder
  • 1 chammach lal mirch powder
  • 1 chammach garam masala
  • 1 chammach dhaniya powder
  • 1/2 chammach jeera powder
  • 2 tablespoon khana pakane ka tel ya ghee
  • Kuch kata hua dhaniya patta garnishing ke liye
  • Swad ke anusar namak

Instructions:

  1. Ek patile mein tel ya ghee garam karein. Usmein jeera daalein aur use chhote chhote tukde ho jaane tak chhod dein.
  2. Kate huye pyaaz ko daalein aur tab tak bhunein jab tak ve sone ke rang ke na ho jaayein.
  3. Adrak aur lehsun paste daalkar ek minute tak bhunein.
  4. Pisse huye tamatar daalein aur tab tak pakayein jab tak tel alag na ho jaaye.
  5. Aanch ko kam kar dein aur haldi powder, lal mirch powder, dhaniya powder, jeera powder aur namak daalen. Masale ko do minute tak pakayein.
  6. Dahi ko phent kar dhire dhire mixture mein daalein. Kuch minute tak pakayein, hamesha chamcha hilate hue.
  7. Dheere se paneer ke tukde daalkar unhe gravy ke saath milayein. Use 5-7 minute tak ubaalne dein.
  8. Taja malai aur garam masala daalein aur achhe se milayein.
  9. Patila dhak dein aur sabji ko aur 5 minute tak dhimi aanch par pakne dein, jisse swad mishrit ho sakein.
  10. Aag band kar dein aur Paneer Ki Sabji ko kata hua dhaniya patta se sajayein.

Upbhoktaan:

Paneer Ki Sabji steamed chawal, roti ya naan ke saath adbhut roop se milta hai. Use garam garam serve karein aur iss rasila aur malaidaar vyanjan ke swadist ras ko aanandit karein.

Sawdhaniyan:

  • Ameer swad ke liye, aap malai ke saath kaju paste ya badam paste ka bhi istemal kar sakte hain.
  • Agar aapko adhik mirch masale wala vyanjan pasand hai, to apne swaad ke anusar lal mirch powder ka prayog karein.
  • Apne pasand ki sabji banane ke liye sabji mein apni pasand ki sabjiyaan bhi daal sakte hain.

Paneer Ki Sabji ek aisa vyanjan hai jo vishesh avasaron ke liye taiyar kiya ja sakta hai ya roz ke bhojan ke liye bhi. Iske rasila aur sugandhit masale ise Bharatiya bhojan premiyon ke bich lokpriya banate hain. Is vyanjan ko zaroor try karein aur iss prachin vyanjan ke swadist ras ka aanand uthayein.
