Kaise Banaye Swadist Maggi Noodles

Kaise Banaye Swadist Maggi Noodles

Samagri:

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles
  • 2 cup paani
  • 1 tablespoon khana banane ka tel
  • 1 chhota pyaaz, barik kaata hua
  • 1 chhota tamatar, barik kaata hua
  • 1/2 cup mishrit sabziyan (gajar, matar, shimla mirch)
  • 1 chammach adrak-lehsun ka paste
  • 1/2 chammach laal mirch powder (swad anusar)
  • 1/2 chammach haldi powder
  • Namak swad anusar
  • Taja dhaniya patti, sajane ke liye

Vidhiyan:

Kadam 1: Noodles Ubaalna

Saucepan mein 2 cup paani ubalne ke liye rakhein. Jab paani ubalne lage, usme Maggi noodles daal kar lagbhag 2 minute tak ya noodles naram ho jayein, lekin mushy na ho jaayein. Noodles ko chaan lein aur alag rakh dein.

Kadam 2: Mool Taiyaar Karna

Ek alag pan mein 1 tablespoon khana banane ka tel garam karein. Usme barik kaata hua pyaaz daal kar bhuniye, jab tak woh translucent na ho jayein.

Adrak-lehsun ka paste daal kar aur ek minute tak bhuniye, jab tak kacha gandh na ho jaaye.

Tamatar daal kar pakayein, jab tak woh naram na ho jayein aur tel alag hone lage.

Kadam 3: Sabziyan aur Masale Daalna

Taiyaar pan mein mishrit sabziyan daal kar kuch minute tak bhuniye, jab tak woh thoda naram ho jaayein lekin thoda crunch bani rahein.

Laal mirch powder, haldi powder aur thoda namak daal dein. Masalo ko apne swaad anusar adjust karein.

Kadam 4: Noodles aur Swad Ko Milana

Shabdhanee se ubale hue Maggi noodles ko taiyaar sabzi aur masala mishran wale pan mein milayein.

Sab kuch dhire-dhire milayein taaki noodles swadisht masalon aur sabziyon se achche se coat ho jayein.

Kadam 5: Sajana aur Pesh Karna

Chulha band karein aur taiyaar Maggi noodles ko taja kaatkar dhaniya patti se sajayein. Taja hari hari rang aur taja sugandh khane ka swaad aur bhi badhayenge.

Tips:

  • Extra aanand ke liye upar se grated cheese daal sakte hain.
  • Nimbu ka ras bhi daal kar ek khatta twist de sakte hain.
  • Apne alag alag swad ke liye alag alag sabziyan aur masale try karein.
