Bina Imli ke Sambar Kaise Banega?

Saman aur Samagri:

  • 1 cup toor dal
  • 1/2 cup arhar dal
  • 1 kela, kata hua
  • 1 pyaaz, barik kata hua
  • 1 tamatar, kata hua
  • 1/2 cup gajar, kata hua
  • 1/2 cup beans, kata hua
  • 1/2 cup aloo, kata hua
  • 1/2 cup drumstick (sahjan), kata hua
  • 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 1 teaspoon lal mirch powder
  • Namak swaad anusar
  • 1 teaspoon rai (sarson)
  • 1/2 teaspoon jeera
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing
  • 1 teaspoon curry patta
  • 2-3 hari mirch, kat kar nikali hui
  • 1/4 teaspoon hing (asafoetida)
  • 2 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 cup nariyal ka doodh
  • Pani

Vidhi:

  1. Toor dal aur arhar dal ko saaf pani se dho kar, ek pressure cooker mein ubaalne ke liye rakhein. Ubalti hui dal mein haldi powder, lal mirch powder aur namak milayein. Aadhik namak daalne se bachein, kyunki sabziyon mein bhi namak jayega.
  2. Ek pan mein ghee garam karein aur usmein rai, jeera, hing aur curry patta daalein. Yeh tadka dal ka swad badhata hai.
  3. Tadke ke baad, ismein pyaaz daalein aur use saute karein jab tak wo halka brown na ho jaye.
  4. Ab ismein tamatar daalein aur use pakne de, jab tak wo naram na ho jaye.
  5. Jab tamatar naram ho jaye, ismein kela, gajar, beans, aloo aur sahjan daalein. Thoda sa namak aur lal mirch powder milayein. Sabziyon ko bhunein jab tak wo thodi der tak pak jayein.
  6. Ab ismein ubali hui dal daalein aur sabko acchi tarah se mix karein. Agar sambar bahut gada lage toh thoda pani mila sakte hain.
  7. Ismein nariyal ka doodh daalein aur acchi tarah se milayein. Sambar mein nariyal ka doodh daalne se ek creamy aur swadisht texture aayega.
  8. Sambar ko dhimi aanch par 15-20 minute tak pakne de. Aap chahe toh ismein thoda aur pani daal kar patla kar sakte hain.
  9. Sambar tayar hai! Use garama garam chawal, dosa, idli ya vada ke saath parosein aur swadisht bhojan ka anand uthayein.
