Samagri (Ingredients) Sabudane Ki Kheer Banane Ke Liye:

  • Sabudana (Sago) - 1/2 cup
  • Doodh (Milk) - 2 cups
  • Chini (Sugar) - 1/2 cup
  • Kesar (Saffron) - 5-6 strands (bhigokar)
  • Badam (Almonds) - 7-8 (katkar)
  • Kaju (Cashews) - 7-8 (katkar)
  • Elachi Powder (Cardamom Powder) - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ghee (Clarified Butter) - 1 tablespoon
  • Aapka Pyaar (Your Love) - Dil se

1: Sabudane Ko Bheego De

Sabudane ki kheer banane ke liye sabse pehle sabudane ko acche se dhokar ek katori mein daal kar usme paani daal de. Sabudane ko 4-5 ghante tak paani mein bheegne de, taaki yeh ache se phool jaaye.

2: Kesar Ko Doodh Mein Bhigokar Rakh De

Kesar ko ek chutki doodh mein bhigokar rakh de. Isse doodh mein kesar ka swad acha aayega aur kheer ko ek khoobsurat rang milega.

3: Sabudane Ko Ubale

Ab sabudane ko acchi tarah se paani se chhan kar rakh de. Ek bartan mein doodh daal kar usmein soaked sabudane ko daal de aur dheemi aanch par pakaye. Doodh ko halka-thoda garam hone de, dhyan rahe ki doodh na jale.

4: Chini Daal Kar Pakaye

Ab doodh mein chini daal kar achi tarah se milaye. Chini ko sabudane ke saath milane de, takreeban 10-15 minute tak ya jab tak sabudane ubal kar gulab jamun ki tarah ho jaye.

5: Dry Fruits Ko Add Kare

Is samay aap dry fruits ko kaddukas kar lein. Almonds aur cashews ko chhote tukdon mein katkar rakh dein.

Ab isme kesar wala doodh bhi daal dein. Isse kheer mein swadisht saffron flavor aayega.

6: Elachi Powder Aur Ghee Ka Tadka

Ab ek chhoti si kadai mein ghee garam karein aur usme elachi powder daal kar dheere se bhune. Yeh kheer ko ek aur mithas dega.

Ab is tadke ko kheer par daal dein aur ache se mila lein. Tadka lagane se kheer ka swad aur bhi behtar hoga.
